Since, National and International level players are training with us, the yearly training plan is segregated as Preparation Period, Competition Period & Transition Period and further converted to weekly plans, comprise deep and advanced workouts considering the ability of the players, and being strictly followed without any failure. Internal Tournaments are conducting every month to mould the players for competition and to avoid mental stress during the competition.

Advance level players posture evaluation test is conducted recurrently with the help of Sthenos Physio and Rehabilitation centre to improve the performance of the players. Theory classes on the subject related to badminton including Health, Nutrition, Strength & Condition etc, are being carried out regularly which helps the players to improve their communication skills and confidence. Get-togethers and Sponsored dinners are also being organized for the players frequently. To discuss and evaluate the progress of the players, quarterly meeting being conducted for Advance Level, Intermediate Level and Beginner Level Custodians separately.
